Acute injury rehabilitation (shoulder, hip, and knee)
Back and neck pain management
Concussion management
Ryan draws on his massage therapy education as well as his personal training experience to
develop a balanced approach to pain management. Ryan believes that no one deserves to live in pain, and with the proper intervention and education, you too, can live a pain-free life.
Ryan has always had a passion for everything health and fitness. He obtained his first personal
training certification back in 2017, and it was here that he discovered that his true passion lied
in the treatment and prevention of injuries. In attempt to further educated himself, Ryan then
studied Massage Therapy at Mohawk College, later graduating with honors.
Ryan will admit
that while Massage Therapy can work wonders, sometimes the addition of strength training
with passive therapy can be the missing link in your rehabilitation.
When he is not working, Ryan can be found in the gym, spending time with friends and/or
family, or playing guitar.

Crystle Numan, B.Sc., M.O.M.Sc, works with a diverse range of client issues across all ages (infant to 80+) and sees improvements in their health once movement restrictions are resolved. Treatments are gentle and covered under most extended health plans. Children under 10 receive a discount rate. Appointments are 30 minutes.
Osteopathy adjusts the body to align for symmetry (hips and shoulders level, etc), and for mobility (so all joints move freely). This is done by manipulating the fascia, muscles, and joints gently. With symmetry and mobility, the body has better blood flow and drainage, and better nerve control of all the parts of the body.
After the body is aligned and moving, ongoing adjustments may still be needed. It is important to determine if there is an ongoing posture (sitting at work) or habit (always crossing legs) which will encourage the asymmetry or restriction to return. As well, any injury, impact, or accident (slip and fall, sports) should also be assessed so it does not create a new pattern of asymmetry or restricted range of movement.
Crystle is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OSTCAN). She completed her 4 years of studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2018, and has been practising in Hamilton since. She is a preceptor for current students who may shadow treatments from time to time. Crystle also enjoys gardening, biking, sailing, and beekeeping.

Shalom’s development as a hypnosis practitioner has included a two-year Master’s in Clinical Sociology at the University of North Texas, formal hypnotherapy training, hundreds of hours of vipassana meditation, and over 10 years of various forms of self-explored therapy
Shalom employs an eclectic treatment modality informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems), Gestalt, Existential, and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
His work with others is also heavily informed by his own experiences. As an ex-Orthodox Rabbi, raised in a religious fundamentalist home, he has personally grappled with his own mental health challenges. This brings an extra level of empathy of to his practice, allowing open, honest, and safe communication with his clients.
Shalom takes an existential and stoic approach to life. He don’t sugarcoat things, and believes the biggest questions like death, suffering, and meaning, should be addressed head-on. Maybe with a bit of dark humor thrown in.
